I Am a Warrior
Posted on October 1, 2026
In recent years, teachers have nominated students for awards that are presented at our monthly Finale assembly. The award criteria have varied over the years, ranging from the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) to the character traits of Bible Heroes.
This year, students and staff can be recognized for an “I Am a Warrior” award for displaying one or more of the following qualities based on our Mission Statement.
Spirit: “For demonstrating a heart that seeks God and encourages others through your faith and a positive attitude.”
Academics: “For showing dedication to learning, striving for excellence, and using your God-given abilities to your fullest potential.”
Character: “For demonstrating integrity, respect, responsibility, and kindness in your words, actions, and relationships.”
What wonderful traits to aspire to! This week alone, our students have had ample opportunities to grow in them, from serving others to participating in extracurriculars, and more.
If you see a Warrior today, encourage them to grow in Spirit, in Academics, and in Character. We can’t wait to see how God moves in their lives this year!
