Changemakers

Changemakers. The Bible is filled with them. People who stepped out in obedience to God to make a difference in the lives of others. Abraham, Moses, David, Esther, Daniel, and many more “big names” of the Bible played significant roles in God’s redemptive plan. But don’t forget the Egyptian midwives who saved baby Moses or the men who lowered their paralyzed friend through a roof so that Jesus could heal him. While they may not be as memorable, their actions brought about life-giving change as they demonstrated their faith through action.
This past week, we witnessed Warrior changemakers whose actions are impacting our school and beyond!
On Saturday, a group of employees, parents, students, friends, and even a grandparent, joyfully worked to spruce up the Moriah Holbert Memorial playground. We were amazed at how much they accomplished in just a few hours! Thank you to ALL who worked and donated to the project!
Meanwhile, employees Tim and Tenille Wyer, and *rockstar* Nancy Kerr installed new flooring in the WELL infant room to freshen up the space for the babies. Thank you for working tirelessly so the room was ready on Monday. We also thank Success Floor Covering in Westover for donating the beautiful flooring.
We ended the week with senior Bryson Sanders leading our school in a supply drive for victims of Hurricane Helene. In less than 24 hours Bryson gathered enough relief supplies from Trinity families to fill a truck and a car! We are grateful to Bryson for taking the initiative to effect change. Bryson wants to thank the Warrior Family for responding so quickly and generously.
As in God’s Word, we have more changemakers in our school than we could mention in this short blog post. We hope they will continue to inspire our students to put their feet to their faith and make a difference in this world for the glory of God.
