Don’t Have to Wait

In this season of Advent, many of us reflect on our need for and contemplate the coming of the Christ child. But we know the end of the story: Jesus our Savior came over 2,000 years ago, fulfilling all the prophecies of old.
During last Friday’s fantastic Christmas program, elementary students reminded us, “We don’t have to wait any longer for Christmas has come.” They entertained the crowd while sharing the message of Jesus’s miraculous birth. What a joyful evening!
We also witnessed senior Jenna Barnett scoring her 1,000th point at the end of last week in the season opener. Family and friends surrounded Jenna, joining her in celebrating such a significant milestone! Congratulations, Jenna!
