Prayer: Key to Abiding

This week our students participated in See You At The Pole (SYATP), a day where students across the globe gather to pray together at their schools. Since we’re a Christian school, praying on campus or in the building is a regular occurrence. It’s a privilege we don’t take for granted, especially those of us who have attended school or worked in places where public prayer is frowned upon or disallowed.
It’s impossible to ABIDE (our 2024-25 theme) in Christ without spending time with Him in prayer. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 tells us to “pray without ceasing,” so it’s inherent to our mission to pray with and for our students. But it is extra special when we gather together in prayer knowing that students across our county or country are also praying on the same day.
SYATP was a highlight this week. But many other wonderful activities took place. You’ll see what we mean when you watch this week’s video.
