To learn more about our school, we invite you to take our Virtual Tour and visit our blog.
Information and Tour – We invite you to meet with our Admissions Director and schedule a tour. To start the process, please fill out an Inquiry Form or call our Admissions Office at 304-291-4659. You can also send an email to admissions@tcswv.org. Our Admissions Department will contact you to set up a time for you and your family to visit our school. We look forward to introducing you to the Trinity Christian School experience.
Admission Requirements
Please review our admission requirements:
- A credible profession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ by at least one parent of the applicant. Parent(s) must be fully supportive of the school’s Statement of Beliefs.
- At least one parent and applicant faithfully attend a church in which the Bible is sincerely believed and faithfully taught.
- Parent(s) commit to supporting the work of the school through prayer, volunteerism, and financial contributions.
- Parent(s) understand and agree with the mission and philosophy of the school.
- Applicant offers evidence of potential academic success in the school based on past records, entrance tests, and interviews.
- Applicant offers evidence of high moral character, academic potential, emotional stability, a satisfactory behavior record, respect for authority, and adequate social adjustment.

Application for the WELL – Early Education (Infants through Pre-K-4) – To apply please complete the Online Application. For more information, please contact our Admissions Office at admissions@tcswv.org.
Online Application for Kindergarten through Grade 12 – Our application process is tailored to the grade level of your child. The application process and required forms are tools designed to help us assess if Trinity Christian School will help meet the spiritual, academic, and social needs of your child. Please click on the appropriate grade level application process below to begin.

- Complete Online Application for Admission
- Complete Tuition Grant application to Facts Grant and Aid Management (if applicable).
- Submit official transcripts (grades 1-5)
- Submit a copy of latest report card and standardized test scores (grades 1-5)
- Submit up-to-date immunization form(s) (See West Virginia state requirements here)
- Students applying for Kindergarten must submit completed 5-year Health Check form from your pediatrician saying your child has been screened for growth, speech, language, vision, and hearing.
- Schedule and attend student assessment for Kindergarten. Schedule and attend student assessment for grades 1-5 if needed
- Schedule and attend family interview
- Please note: Students entering Kindergarten must be five-years-old on or before July 1.

Admissions Assessment for students entering Kindergarten – Upon receipt of all academic records, our Admissions Office will contact you to schedule your child’s assessment.
Admissions Assessment for students entering grades 1 through 12 – Upon receipt of all academic records, our Admissions Office will contact you to schedule your child’s assessment if we feel it is necessary.
Family Interviews – Your family interview will be scheduled upon review of all academic records and in-house assessment if needed. We ask that both parents and the student attend this interview. Siblings are also welcome to attend.
