He Gave All

Last Friday, our kindergarten classes presented a play based on the book, The Tale of Three Trees. Although it is based on a folktale, it points toward the beauty of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross through the perspectives of three trees.
What a great reminder during this Easter season. He gave all, so that we may be dead to sin and alive to Him!
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. ~ Romans 5:8
This week was filled with beautiful art and music, wonderful classroom projects, and more. But, just as in The Tale of Three Trees, our lives make the most sense when viewed in light of His death, burial, and resurrection.
