Light to our path

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”  ~  Psalm 119:105

If life during a pandemic has taught us one thing, it is flexibility. After enjoying a long Christmas break, our school community is once again adapting to the ever-changing conditions posed by COVID-19. Some students are learning remotely this week, while our younger students are on campus as we serve families under our critical care license. Everything is different than we hoped or thought it would be a year ago.

But God is not surprised. He knows the uncertainty can be hard for our students, families, and teachers. He promises to give us light for our path when the way seems unsure.

What better gift can we give our students than to teach them to trust Him, even when the way seems dark? To point them to His word, to teach them to seek Him first: THAT is educating for life!

in this week’s video, you’ll hear FOSS teacher Amanda Darby share a view from her classroom, accompanied by images of remote classes and on-campus activities. As Mrs. Darby says, “We are Warrior Strong!”
