Little Bit of Everything
Posted on May 5, 2022
This week’s blog has a little bit of everything from class projects to sports to the annual Spring Gala: A Night of Transformation. And this post doesn’t even capture it all!
Just the other night, senior Jabez Chavez became the first student in school history to qualify for the state tennis tournament! Meanwhile, all of our seniors are winding down their high school careers. They played the traditional senior prank and are preparing for their senior trip and graduation. Our other students are traveling to educational sites for field trips, finishing standardized testing and sports seasons, and preparing for promotion to the next grade.
If you haven’t already heard, tonight is opening night for Show and Spell presented by the drama department. If you’re looking for an entertaining evening, you won’t want to miss this one act comedy about five middle schoolers who take on overzealous parents, crazy coaches, and nostalgic relatives as they prepare for the annual spelling bee. Shows are tonight and tomorrow (May 5 and 6) at 7 p.m. at Stonebridge Baptist Church located at 6510 Mall Rd., Morgantown. Tickets are $7 (TCS students attend for free) and will be sold at the door.
As you can see, it’s a busy time at the school. While it may seem hard to believe, it is almost time to close the chapter on this school year and prepare for the next. If you know someone who is considering Trinity Christian for their family, please invite them to our Open House next Tuesday, May 10 from 10-11:30 a.m. We would love to meet them!
