Rejoicing in hope

The school year started off last night with the Back-to-School Bash followed by the first day of classes for kindergarten through twelfth grade today. It was such a joy to pray together, meet up with old friends, and make new acquaintances, too!
Our annual verse for 2021-2022 is Romans 12:12: “Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.” (NIV) We are hopeful for all that God has planned for our school community as we begin a new year. We are also thanking Him for our students, staff, and administration, many of whom are new to Trinity this school year including Superintendent Dr. Matt Chavez who was introduced to the families last night at the Back-to-School Bash. Dr. Chavez will lead our amazing team of administrators: Secondary Principal Gary Cook, Elementary Principal Amanda Darby, and Director of Athletics and Student Success Codey Horton as well the WELL Director Brandi Young. Under their guidance, our teachers, staff, coaches, and students will be supported to grow and excel as members of the body of Christ. (1 Corinthians 12: 27)
