That’s a wrap
Posted on December 18, 2014
The first semester is a wrap! We are finishing 2014 strong, with our students completing their coursework, serving in outreaches, and celebrating Christmas together. Through all the activities, there is a common goal: to honor our promised Savior in all we do.
“And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” ~ Colossians 3:17 (ESV)
The first graders looked super-comfy on pajama day! If their smiles are any indication, they enjoyed the special day.
The high school choir spread Christmas cheer as they caroled for local business partners on a recent mini-tour. Stops included My Bank! First United (above), the MedExpress administrative offices in Sabraton, and the Cupcakerie in Morgantown.
Mr. Howard mastered the grill for the faculty and staff Christmas luncheon. Everyone appreciated the delicious meal provided by Citynet and the Trinity Parent Service Organization!
All of their hard work in practice paid off! The elementary students did a great job performing Chris-myth Busters for the annual Christmas program.
Middle and high school students came together for a special Christmas chapel, aptly named Caught Up in Christmas. The interactive assembly included drama, music, and scripture readings.
Second grade parents joined their children to fashion traditional gingerbread houses.
The members of the Trinity huddle of FCA wanted to build snowmen for their Christmas party. The catch? To do so, they had to wrap their classmates in toilet paper.
It was a fun time with board games when the 8th grade newspaper class paid a recent visit to first grade.
Don’t forget to join us for the Home for the Holidays Reunion this Friday, December 19th, at 7:30pm. We can’t wait to see old friends and cheer for the high school girls’ basketball team!
Our middle school girls have a game at 6:00pm the same evening, so come out early for an evening of Warrior hoops!
