Watch them grow

It’s that time of year when we look back on all our students have accomplished, marveling at how they have grown. We look at their pictures and notice the changes from the beginning of the year to the end. We prepare to say goodbye to our seniors while navigating all the emotions that are associated with that transition.
Just like the seeds that our students planted in the outdoor classroom will grow into beautiful plants, we watch the seeds planted in our kids’ lives grow into abilities, talents, and personalities. Some seeds will take a little longer, while others shoot up quickly. Our prayer is that these students will grow in Christ and all that He has for them!
“So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor. For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building.” 1 Corinthians 3:7-9
