Remembering September
Posted on September 27, 2012
The long summer days have gradually shortened and the high temperatures of summer have yielded to cooler ones. Summer has seen its last days, segueing into fall with incredible beauty this year. So much has transpired over the first several weeks of school. Enjoy this visual retrospect of September 2012 at Trinity Christian School.
First grade students and family members search for fossils as part of their field trip to Laurel Caverns. Wandering through God’s creation, they discovered a box turtle, a toad, and a red spotted newt along the way.
High School students take various classes through the Trinity Christian Virtual Academy.
Steve Orner, the son of missionaries, grew up in Tanzania and Kenya. He shared his experiences with the Middle School language class and taught the students some Swahili.
Omega-Man demonstrates the importance of hanging on to God, despite opposition, with the help of a student volunteer. During assemblies for the Elementary and Secondary student bodies, he performed feats of strength, while encouraging students to make good choices, based on God’s Word.
Taking advantage of a pristine September afternoon, second grade students went outside to have some fun with bubbles!
The Trinity community gathered together to honor God with praise and prayers at the student-led See You at the Pole event.
