The leader of the band…and more

Friday, October 5th, marked a special day in the history of Trinity Christian School. In a heartfelt ceremony, the school honored former Administrative Principal and band director, Mike Staud, for his years of faithful service at TCS. The focal point of the afternoon was the renaming of the TCS band room as The P. Michael Staud Band Room, as commemorated by a plaque.

The Trinity community also welcomed Dan Gottron to the faculty this past week. Having previously taught in McDowell county, the Waynesburg University alumnus is teaching High School History. Dan is enthusiastic about his role as the newest member of the Trinity family.

“I am very excited to become a part of Trinity Christian,” he expressed. “I plan to really invest myself in the school community and cannot wait to see the things God has in store for this year.”

Whether as a faculty or staff member, a parent volunteer or a board member, so many have invested in Trinity Christian School. It’s an investment in young lives. It’s an investment that extends into eternity.

Mr. Mike Staud and TC President Libby Neely stand in front of the plaque designating the P. Michael Staud Band Room.

Mr. Dan Gottron has acclimated quickly to the Trinity Christian School family.

Our future athletic field is looking green and healthy! It stands as another reminder of the investment that friends of Trinity continue to make in the lives of our students and the Morgantown community.

These photos provide a sneak-peek into next week’s blog. Be sure to stay tuned!
