Unforgettable moments
Posted on November 19, 2020
Our students have shared some unforgettable moments lately. It’s doubtful that the first-grade class will forget helping their teacher and expectant mother Mrs. Talley with her baby’s gender reveal. By the way, it’s a BOY!
We had the last high school football game of the season. The team beat Tucker County to have the first winning season for high school football in school history!
Along with those unforgettable moments, we’ve also had the everyday activities that make our school special. Art students learned about scoring and breaking glass for a stained glass project.
Our science students transformed the hallway into a lab to learn more about speed and acceleration.
Fifth-graders learned the proper way to fold, unfold, raise, and lower the flag from SSG Cody Gray of the Army National Guard. The class will have the responsibility of putting the flag up and taking it down each day.
Our WELL and elementary students are beginning to get into the holiday spirit with crafts and decorations.
We are thankful for the Lord’s provision and blessings in both the big and small moments. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
